The 5 Ws Worksheet

This is a good practice for exploring the 5 Ws: who, what, when, where, and why.  In the instruction field, enter a very short story that allows for asking questions about the 5 Ws.  In the sentences section, enter 5 questions pertaining to the 5 Ws.
